Cryogenic Deflashing is a efficient and precise deflashing process for the rubber components, especially the smaller rubber components.
Cryogenic deburring using the nitrogen to freeze the small and thin flashes of parts first, the thin flashes will get embrittled in a extremly low temp enviroment(generally, around -70C),
then a PC made small particle as the blasting media to blast out the excess flashes in a quick and efficient way.
Not only the normal rubber material made components, but also the silicone rubber compoents. When the flash condition is complying with our technology standard( flash thickness less than 0.1mm), then cryogen deflashing will get a wonderful and satisfied deflashing result.
For this customer from Greece, their compoents are silicone material, most are round tube or samll rubber rings, the flashes conditions are good.
After our comprehensive testing, the deflashing result are approved by the customer.
