Our Frozen Shot PG series cryogenic deflashing machines (10L–150L, all models) remove flash from rubber, plastic and zinc/magnesium die-cast parts for the automotive, communication electronics, medical and smart-wearable industries. Built with Japanese, European and Taiwanese brand components on a SUS304 stainless frame, they reduce liquid-nitrogen consumption by 15%–20% and maintenance cost by 20%–30%.

PEGE also offers a full gravimetric feeder range — single-screw, twin-screw, micro twin-screw, flexible-paddle, liquid and vibrating-tray models — dosing pellets, powders, flakes, fibers and liquids to a dynamic accuracy of ±0.5% for extrusion, compounding, masterbatch and cable material production. With distinctive flexible-wall and liquid designs, PEGE feeders are a dependable alternative to premium European feeders such as Brabender.
