Our "Frozen Shot" PG series cryogenic deflashing machines, available in all models with drum volumes from 10L to 150L, remove flash from rubber molded parts, plastic injection parts and zinc/magnesium alloy die-casting components. They are widely used in the post-processing of automotive, communication-electronics, home-appliance, medical and smart-wearable parts, enabling a faster, high-quality production cycle with minimal rejection. Built with well-known Japanese, European and Taiwanese brand components on a SUS304 stainless frame with a fully sealed freezing chamber, our machines cut liquid-nitrogen consumption by 15%-20% and maintenance cost by 20%-30% compared with similar equipment on the market.
Our PG-series loss-in-weight feeders come in six configurations — single-screw (PG-FW), twin-screw (PG-FT), micro twin-screw, flexible-paddle (PG-FP), liquid (PG-FL) and vibrating-tray (PG-FZ) — to accurately dose pellets, powders, flakes, fibers and liquids in extrusion, compounding, masterbatch and cable-material production. A cantilever weighing frame with a top-mounted load cell, servo-driven screws, independent agitation and a U-shaped anti-bridging hopper sustain a dynamic dosing accuracy of ±0.5% even on hard-to-feed materials, and tool-free disassembly makes cleaning and material changeover fast. Reliable and distinctively designed, including our flexible-wall and liquid models, PEGE gravimetric feeders are a dependable alternative to premium European feeders such as Brabender.
