After long term discussion and evaluation, the esteemed customer from Germany made the decision to choose our machine in the end of 2020.
We started the production and finished it in a reasonable time even though the covid-19 still have some nagetive effect on the normal running.
During the production, our Germany customer provide some adjustment suggestions, we make efforts to adjust and accomplish the requests well.

Introduction of the machine:
Spin Trim Rubber De-flashing Machine uses the principle of aerodynamic& centrifugal force to remove rubber parts extra flashes automatically with high speed spinning action. This machine can be widely applied for deburring process of silicone rubber, natural rubber, fluorione rubber O rings and irregular parts. Including O ring, rubber plug, Y rings, Gaskets, or solid irregular parts with size of 2mm-150mm can be de-flashed efficiently.
