降低冷冻修边机运行成本的几种方法

Ways to Save the Running Cost When Using the Cryogenic Deflashing Technology


Main Running Cost of the cryogenic deflashing machine are Liquid Nitrogen and Cryogenic Polycarbonate Media, Power and Labor Cost, among these, the first two are most important composition of the Running Cost, and it is possible to reduce the consumption by  using reasonable and practical methods.
Here I would like to Introduce some ways refer to Liquid Nitrogen and Media comnsumption reduction.

1. To save the Liquid Nitrogen

A. Make sure the pressure of tank is not higher than 0.6Mpa, to reduce the waste due to the high pressure quick transmission process.

B. To make the thermal insulation material on the pipeline to be better and thicker [Min 10cm] to avoid waste of nitrogen, especially in the hot summer or after years of use, general insulation function will be getting weak.  If pipeline length is longer than 10M, then vacuum pipeline is suggested.

Vacuum pipe can save the waste of LN2 and speed up the transmission to the machine.

C. To shorten the time to open and to close the door during the operation process in order to reduce the waste of LN2 and save the time and need less LN2 for cooling the chamber again.

D. High speed, low temperature means more consumption of LN2, so suitable and reasonable parameter is important to save the LN2.

To do more tests with different temperatures, choose the higher one which can be suitable for removing the flashes. If -65C can be ok, donot use-70C.

It is also true for choosing the suitable speed.

E. To maximize the qty/cycle within a certain time like 5mins to improve the processing efficiency.

F. Big tank is suggested for reducing the average cost of Liquid Nitrogen


2. To save the Media Consumption

AHigher temperature and lower blasting speed is suggested on the basis of good processing result.

B.  Keep all the media in or out of the machine to be recycled for more times use.

C.  To collect the right or similar size from sieving when bigger size media getting smaller.

For example, if you have 1.2mm media, it will be getting smaller to be 1.0mm and 0.8mm, so you can keep this size media for certain use.
