        Why cryogenic deflashing machine from Nanjing Pege has bigger blasting power and more efficient than the machine from Bawell.


Barwell has a motor& wheel can run up to 20,000rpm, but you may not know size of their wheel, diameter of their wheel is around 100mm, with a width of about 35mm.
While our wheel diameter is 300mm, wheel width is about 55mm, much larger than their wheel, according to  mechanics principle, the blasting speed is decided by both speed and wheel diameter, after calculation, we can see even Pege‘s machine‘s max speed is 7000, but have a larger blasting speed.

Also we can know that larger wheel speed does not mean bigger power and high media output.
