Cryogenic Deflashing Machine Parameter Optimization Direction and Implementation Method
The principle to select the best processing parameter is to find a most suitable parameter during the processing, the parameter includes the processing temperature, wheel speed, processing time, media size, barrel speed, and quantity processed under the condition of achieving an acceptable processing result. To choose the best parameter, the different purposes and requests (Cost Priority/Efficiency Priority/Precision Priority) will be taken into consideration and be achieved. With more than 10 years’ practical experience from NANJING PEGE TECHNO,a leading cryogenic deflashing machine supplier, we have concluded different optimization methods specific to different purposes and requests. The plan and method can be applied as a guidance file for the Operator and Maintainer for them to use the deflashing machine most effectively. You can try to optimize the parameter according to following table.
1) The Parameter to Reduce the Running Cost: (Expected Purpose: to reduce the running cost to the largest degree under condition of maintaining the quantity)
2) The Parameter to Increase the Parts Quantity/Efficiency: (Expected purpose:improve the productivity and efficiency to the largest extend)
3) The Parameter to Improve the Processing Precision: (Expected Purpose:improve the processing precision to the largest extend)

Explanation:
1. The direction of the arrow head in above form refers to the adjustment direction of each parameter. (E.g. temp. ↑means to increase the processing temp. )
2. Adjustment Range(
Time: Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce 2mins /time as the adjustment range.
Temperature: Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce 10 degrees/time as the adjustment range.
Wheel Speed: Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce 200 rpm/time as the adjustment range.
Media:Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce
Quantity:“O”ring as an example :Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce
/time as the adjustment range.
Irregular parts:Increase or reduce 1
LN2 Pressure: Generally,the pressure should be 0.4-0.5Mpa, ↑means improve the pressure,when the pressure reaches0.6-0.7Mpa,the speed to cool down increases.
Barrel Speed:Despite of the arrowhead direction, increase or reduce 5 rpm/each as the adjustment range.
If the effect is not obvious or some damages occur, it is necessary to return back to the original parameter and change another adjustment method.
