Cryogenic Deflashing Machine PG-80T Shipped to North American Country-Mexico to De-burr Rubber Grommets and Bumpers
After about half years of communications, test and right adjustment from customer‘s side, the products are finally sucessfully tested and we got a very good result from cryogenic deflashing technology.
In the begining, the bumpers had big and thick flashes, the result was not good. CHECK FOLLOWING PHOTOS.

FIRST TIME TEST RESULT IS NOT GOOD
After introduction, clever customer changed the mold structure, reduced the part flashes and turned the mould structure from one whole plate into pieces, then this flash become thin and no trimming line which was very suitable for cryogenic shot blasting process.
We did second cryogenic shotblasting test for the customer, the result were very good, no flash and no damage.
Therefore the customer decided to purchase the machine for their production.
Process result is priority, we always play our role in helping customer to improve the mould structure and get good result from cryogenic deburring.
FOLLOWING IS THE ADJUSTED BUMPER FLASH CONDITION,VERY SUITABLE FOR CRYOGENIC DEFLASHING.
