The Most Suitable Mould and Flash Condition for Cyogenic Deflashing Process
1.Best mould condition is Flat mould without tear trim line and the thickness should be less than 0.15mm, this will be simple and cost-saving.
2.If considering the problem of Demoulding,Starving or Material Mobility,the second mould structure can be the choice with following two features:
A. This mould structure donnot need the blade,but keep the running line(tear trim line) with a around 0.25mm distance.
B. The thickness of the running line should not be too thick, max 0.4mm. See following Drawing.
