Introdution:
The PG-FP (FLEXHOPPER) solves the powders that ordinary screw feeders cannot handle — damp, sticky, low-flowability and easy-to-compact materials. External paddles gently massage a flexible PUR hopper wall to keep material moving, without an agitator ever touching or damaging the product.
Features:
• All-round bulk-material feeder, especially for humid, low-flowability powders.
• External paddle massage of the flexible PUR hopper gives gentle, reliable material flow; the stirring mechanism never touches the material, so fragile or sensitive products are not damaged.
• All material-contact parts are SUS304 with mirror-polished inner surface.
• Cantilever sling-type weigh frame with top-beam load cell damps vibration and rejects horizontal interference.
• Separated stirring and feeding motors, each with independently adjustable speed.
• Easy to disassemble and clean, convenient for maintenance and product changeover.
• Choice of spring screw or solid single screw output.
• Ethernet interface reserved for remote control; high 1/100000 weighing resolution.
