Intro:

The PG-FT uses two intermeshing screws to force-feed powders, fibres and flood-prone additives uniformly — even materials that bridge, flush or aerate. Independent feed and agitation drives, a mirror-polished vertical U-hopper and the cantilever weigh frame combine for stable, high-accuracy gravimetric dosing.

Features:

• Cantilever sling-type weigh frame with top-beam load cell above the centre of gravity — vibration damping and horizontal-interference rejection for accurate flow measurement.

• Solid intermeshing twin screws provide positive, uniform, pulse-free feeding and self-wiping action for difficult powders.

• Separate feeding and stirring motors with independently adjustable stirring speed let you set the ideal ratio to feed rate (servo version uses two 220 V single-phase motors).

• Vertical U-shape hopper with mirror-polished inner wall and no dead corners prevents material bridging.

• No agitator motor on top of the hopper, keeping the weigh frame stable and the weight signal free of top-load interference.

• Optional servo motor — light, compact, low-vibration, stable low-speed torque — further improves anti-interference performance and feeding accuracy.

• Pull-out bearing seat, screws and seal for easy cleaning and maintenance; fully detachable structure.

• High 1/100000 weighing resolution; self-learning PI auto-tuning and anti-interference backup logic built in.

• Ethernet interface reserved; PROFIBUS-DP, Profinet and Modbus RTU optional.
