The Notice When Using the Cryogenic Deflashing Machine
When you operate and use the cryogenic deburring/trimming technology, as it apply the liquid nitrogen and it is delicate and intelligent process machine, so you need pay more attaention on some notice during the process.
1. Disassembly of the cold air circulation tube, the transmission pipe of plastic media and the soft metal tube cannot be conducted in a freezing state;
otherwise the pipe/tube will be easily damaged.
2. The soft metal tube cannot be over bended and twisted when it is installed, the tube can be easily broken.
If you need to uninstall the soft metal tube regularly, you must clear up the PTFE TAPE completely and use new tape when installed.
3. Observation window of the media chamber cannot be hit heavily.When there is frost on the glass, use the compressed air to blow the frost away.

5. When the working time reaches to 8 hours, it needs to take measures to get the machine warm again for following efficient use as it is generally wet inside of the machine after 8 hour’ work, we called the measure Getting Warm （or Warming）. (Getting the machine warm again is very important for the following use and the machine lifetime)
The method is:
Turn the machine into the automatic state (Auto),
The temperature is set at 50 degrees,
Throwing wheel speed is set at 6000 rpm,
The time is set at 90 minutes,
Then press the cycle start button to start the Getting Warm operation.

6. Please try to increase the speed of getting out the parts and close the door in the shortest time during the process, as it can not only reduce the nitrogen consumption but also can reduce the possibility of frosting inside of the machine. (Getting wet or getting frozen inside of the machine will influence the processing efficiency and result greatly, so 7. please try your best to keep the machine dry, less wet air as possible)
