Why cryogenic deflashing machine from Nanjing Pege has bigger blasting power and more efficient than the machine from Bawell.
Here we want to introduce why Barwell‘s cryogenic deflashing machine has a higher speed, but blasting power and process efficiency is not good as Pege‘s machine.
Barwell has a motor& wheel can run up to 20,000rpm, but you may not know size of their wheel, diameter of their wheel is around 100mm, with a width of about 35mm.
While our pege‘s machine wheel diameter is 300mm, wheel width is about 55mm, much larger than their wheel, according to mechanics principle, the blasting speed is decided by both speed and wheel diameter, after calculation below, we can see even Pege‘s machine‘s max speed is 7000, but have a larger blasting speed.
Beside, Pege‘s machine wheel width is much larger, that means more media can be sucked up for blasting, this will also have a better process result and higher efficiency. Nanjing Pege‘s cryogenic deburring machine blasting media tube is around 38mm, while Barwell’s tube for media transmission is less than 20mm.
Therefore,Nanjing Pege‘s cold shot deflashing machine has large power and high blasting efficiency.
Also we can know that larger wheel speed does not mean bigger power and high media output.
